Just an opinion , but it appears that's what they're angling at. Any take over will reap them good money.
I'm not saying they are withholding information, but what is to stop them from calling the labs and saying there is no urgency on the results. Most labs because of how busy they are, will jump at that and put our results further down the list. There are many ways of slowing down the process without doing something illegal.
Once again , its just an opinion and my cynical side taking over.
