- I think the 'market cap of $5OOm' statement was made in very informal settings - more than once. it should never have been made, but then again it shouldn't have been relied on when making an investment decision
- PL's statement re options - when was this made and in what forum. again, if true that statement should never have been made. and again should not have been relied on.
- not so worried about the mets by Christmas statement- it was never going to happen
