I agree with your comments Hoofa.
I have now witnessed OBJ providing some kind of incentives to its option holders with no equivalent to owners of ordinary shares in the company [i.e. its owners], on two occasions.
Both of these rewards have diluted (or will dilute) owners equity - and hence are a negative. The benefit is to non-owners [although obviously many option-holders are also owners, but a minority are not and hence there is a problem for this minority whose holding is not being protected (as I understand the facts)].
Regardless of comments made about products in the pipeline and performance incentives - purely on the subject of rewarding option holders with 105million options, this seems to be an issue of ordinary shareholder dilution and justification is needed.
