There is if they think they have significant news pending that may push the SP well past 4c....they don't want SH whinging and whining Cos they weren't fully informed and sold before @.1....they also may not want one party mopping up all the 4c at .1c which could of happened if they listed them last week....(I would have probably sold all mine at .1)....and later converting them and becoming a substantial holder...?
