I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, there is already enough around, but i am getting the feeling that NDO's deals may be about to fall over
I spoke to the company, and PB is travelling all over the place, is spoke to one of the other directors.
They have not been able to bed down the MOU, the guy said that it is very difficult to get all the parties to agree and it is a work in progress and that there should be some outcome soon.
While he tried to talk it up, the fact of the matter is that the longer it take to ratify an MOU into an agreement the less likelihood it will proceed. I have a feeling that is what is going to happen here.
They will be screwed if this falls thru!!!
Sure they are producing oil , but it will be discounted and given a very low mkt multiple and without an external partner, they have low chance of developing the other fields
It would not surprise me to see 2c handle in front of this stock
I think it is the case of sell and look for something better
