The fact why the deal hasn't been done yet is exactly what you pointed out.. When you have a number parties it slows the progress a lot. PB has said to me he rather get the best deal for NDO than rush the deal through for the sake of pleasing the traders the market... People need to remember documents get drawn up then those docs get sent to various lawyers acting on behalf of each interested party then if something is not right or a particular lawyer is not happy about something the whole process starts over again... This leads to a very drawn out process and that's what we have here IMO...
