I realise the date of the announcement (link) but I beleieve from memory only that it's the first time it's been posted on HC that Viking themselves are contracting out the work. I'm especially pointing out the term used twice "competetive market terms" in THEIR negotiations. Until Viking sort those terms out themselves I very much doubt we will see an announcement with everyone claiming she's all go. That could drag on.
