I'm all for something to get the sp moving but wouldn't you say that is somewhat of a fabricated means to an end. A little hollow, getting the sp moving purely as a trade. No offence JR. We both know Phil is scratching his head at the sp (like the rest of us) but he has to just get on with his job and let the sp look after itself but one way he could get the sp moving is to release some NEWS.
