Conrad4....those shareholders who will be offered the opportunity to renew their expired options, to the exclusion of other shareholders, I don't believe will be eligible to vote on the resolution.........therefore, if a significant number of eligible shareholders vote AGAINST, then I believe the resolution(s) will be defeated. I have no doubt VMC's Management, Share Registrar and Auditor will diligent in vetting shareholders who vote to ensure eligibility.
