To start with, if the cost to the proposed subscribers was say 5c (rather than o.5c) thus raising $1.5 million, it may have gone down better, but also the exercise price should have been at least 25c. As a shareholder, I'm not happy with the present proposal to issue a near 3 year option for a cost 0.5c and with an exercise price of 20c ... I think it is red hot !!!
