With regards to MOU for processing, Barrick has completed their divestment of Exploaration ground around Plutonic Pit mill and UG ops. They are open to toll treating ore from that divestment, so I imagine securing ALY's MOU to a verified deal should not be a hassle.
Also, the Fortnum plant is still on care and maintainence, so should the Barrick deal fail to happen, there is still possibilities for processing ore... And if that should fall through, Horseshoe lights could be configured to processing gold ores...... And it that should fall through, maybe buy a small plant...
Options are still there, the deals are open, so not doom and gloom yet.
