That's a very astute observation Klue. The survival mentality is driven into them and I'm not suggesting that's a bad thing. Israel is one of the most successful tech start up nations in the world. However shareholders are part owners of a business, business partners if you like, and should be treated with respect not disdain. I take it personally.
