Option Placement - Who Received My Entitlement?

Hi Guys,

A quick question, which I hope somebody has the answer for.

I was entitled to 1 new TONOE option for each TONOD option I held. So I applied for a few more than my entitlement hoping to pick up an extra one or two if possible.

Received my notification today to see that I only received 83% of what I was entitled to?

How does this happen? Are some shares entitled to more than 1:1 ratio?

Or is this a secret means of paying some shareholders more than they are entitled or the underwriter a secret commission?

Is this legit? How did other shareholders fare? I don't have as many options as some but I do feel like I have been ripped off!

Does anyone know who I can contact about this?
