I doubt that there will be another bid, as AXA SA is holding 51.7% and wants to buy out the minority holders. Therefore a bid from another party is unlikely, unless AXA SA increase their offer????
Today's action explains why someone was buying the Oct $3.25 calls so aggressively on Tuesday. As I said on that day, it was very unusual for AXA options but it all makes sense now.
I doubt that there will be another bid, as AXA SA is holding...
