Not sure if that is the case iiTrader, he didn't do much of a favour to himself if bad news was coming in the announcement.
Two reasons why I think he sold for other reason/s;-
1. He sold at about 13 cents. The stock rose to 16.5cents 5 days later (under strong buying), then back to 13 cents then up to 16 cents again before the announcement.
2. I thought the announcement was fair to holders because we are expecting some news. What I liked was the comment in the announcement " ...the company has been progressing towards filing an Investigational New Drug application with the ..... FDA". Could this indicate a positive outcome of the trials by the company? That's what I'm hoping for anyway.
