    Business as usual for the heads though. If PB2 flows...you don't serious have to worry about funding for capex and PB3-PB6. If it flows well with an upgrade in P50 res for the field...then the dilution at 20c might have been unnecessary. The announcement tells us there is a two week delay and it has been explained...not the end of the world.
