    Given time decay and current share price, I believe oppies at around 1.5c is a fair price. I think BRTO's are actually a very good buy, however, it is pretty much impossible to make a worthwhile sized purchase of BRTO's atm at 1.5c. Pretty hard to get a half decent chunk of BRT's under about 9c as well.
