Further to the above explanations (which are excellent mind you), can anyone confirm whether these NEW $0.005 options (subject to shareholder approval of course), will only be available to current KAIO holders as at 30/6/16. In other words, no outsiders will be able to purchase at the half cent price.
And secondly, I think Muss answered it clearly but just double checking - will they be offered at a 1:1 rate. i.e one expired KAIO option for one NEW option?
