    There will be a resolution that needs to be voted
    and then prospectus.
    See announcements last year with LOM.
    LOMO expired 29-8-2015
    Notice on 28-8-15
    Result of vote 30-9-15
    Prospectus 26-1015
    Quotation of new options 25-11-15

    It will take about 3 months for quotation of KAIOA.
    In effect there will be 15 months til expiry
    once KAIO expire.

    There is a few selling that were @ .004/.005
    Looks like it's better to wait for the impatient.
