Assuming you mean Exchange Traded Options (ETO's) most online brokers offer this service, I use NOLT (NAB) for example without any problems at all.

I agree with you regarding the paperwork that you are required to complete it's almost like you're signing your life away ;) although I believe this has come about because of the risks associated with ETO's, that is understanding the various strategies etc, etc.

It makes good sense of course to understand carefully & thoroughly how options work & the strategies involved although I would point out that having a good foundation understanding of how shares, stock markets work is critical before trading ETO's.
