The Board has no right to decide for shareholders whether Cottee should stay on after all they have been thru because of him.

The shareholders dont want that loser to stay on as he betrayed this company, couldnt raise monies and is trying to sell out CTP to MacBank for a fraction of what it is worth. He sat on his hands for years and never drilled a single well. shareholders were betrayed. Cottee did not deliver on any of his promises! Who would be stupid enough to want to keep him on? If the new Board believes that Cottee needs to stay on for any reason or excuse then they will be next to be voted off by the shareholders and it take long to see a new s249D to replace the whole board.

These OptionCo people are also losers just by the fact they want Cottee to remain!
