I have no idea of RJ's current holdings but a quick look thru the Annual Reports for this company indicate he was in the Top 20 in all years previous to the latest.
Have spoken to RJ previously and he advised the company was only reimbursing costs for requested information sessions. There are no retainers so not sure what you're on about there. As I have said previously, the CPSA doesn't need to disclose anything as they are simply a not for profit minority shareholding group. If you don't like the CPSA, you are free to start your own.
As for M&A, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't a SoA an acquisition? Not rocket science there.
