I make a couple of observations. If we think clearly, we as shareholders are in a very good position going forward. We now have two groups of prospective BOD bidding for our votes. This is all good. Who will put forward the best plan going forward for shareholders. Let them put their respective proposals forward.
The one that should be worried is MAC, they now have two seemingly credible groups in play conspiring against their pathetic offer. I wonder how many other groups are circling in the shadows?
Initially both camps must unite to knock down MAC initially, do not be divided in that struggle.
The board must then be dismissed and then a new board appointed. Let's not put the cart before the horse.
Squabbling amongst ourselves only benefits MAC, think clearly.
