IMO - the only fools are the ones missing this opportunity to purchase an option which clearly has a good to very good chance of being "in the money".

I recall AZR/O, TOX/O, LRF/O to name a few, make their move in the final weeks/days prior to expiry. All were within reach in the leadup to the excise period. How I wish I had kept those 500K TOXO I bought for 0.004....

Ten cents - really, the risk is low to very low.... good chance RRS will have another run soon enough.
