Dear OMS.

I am but a fellow share holder , and there are many here more
enlightened than me , but I will attempt to respond to your valid
concerns




Regarding the options, I have four and a half million contingency
plans...............they expire or I exercise ( times two and a
quarter million)


Seriously , they do concern me , but I will be a bit surprised if
there is no good news before my ''spin the rum of fortune'' date of
September 12.....Just do the maths average on rrs announcements in the
relevant time frame.........they have been between 3 and 6
weeks .........based on this tenuous and lame statistic , we are weeks
overdue for something.......then take into account the rumours, the
cxm/aoc expectations , the healthy volumes in the''available'' fpo's
the fact that people or entities are still prepared to buy the options
and the fact that I'm not hearing any bad news from my top 40
statisticians and iterating the slight postponement of the big moggy
meet,...........hmmmm......I'm not helping am I......but thought
provoking just the same. "
