Options available for cheaper than their exercise price. Should be trading at a minimum of 22c and more likely 24-25c.
My speculation is that someone bought several million options at 12c a few weeks ago and is offloading at a very good profit. Once the seller has gone they will move up and if CFE goes to $1 when the deal comes through they will be 73c.
The seller must be close to being finished...
