    I agree that the time limit is surprisingly tight given all those weeks we've been twiddling our thumbs (and yes, I sympathise with anyone living in the outback) - but heck, I'm happy to see the Company pushing on so it can re-list asap!

    I believe cwb is correct - that you can fax your paperwork in. Also, as someone else has pointed out, it's usual to accept documentation post-marked with the closing date.

    But please check all that.

    To the guy who hasn't yet received his Form, I'd fax a letter off to Computershare today (Fax No: 08 9323 2033) stating my holding, and making clear what specific number of that holding I wish to accept the offer for. Make sure you sign and date the letter. It may be a requirement that you have read the accompanying Prospectus. It is available for download in pdf form over the net. Anyway, perhaps you should also state that you have viewed the Prospectus.
