I've been a long term holder in IMU and absolutely love this company. Not only a great story for cancer patients and everyone who is potentially a patient one day, but massive upside potential. Currently holding just under 4m shares, got my sister to grab a bundle for herself today and parents are holding a parcel too. I still can't believe we can get them sub 10cents. Can't see this being the case for much longer at all.

i wouldn't offload all your IMU to buy options. The options are very illiquid and you may move the market if you try to buy too many.

you may also be left with no exposure to IMU, if you sold all your shares and tried to buy options but couldn't (due to sudden positive announcement etc)

having said that... today I did sell some IMU at 5.2c and 5.3c and bought x2 the volume of IMUOA at 2.4c. But I only sold a small % of my IMU at a time as I don't want to be caught with my pants down.
