No need to exercise immediately, just try to make sure you have enough cash to exercise before the option expiry date.
A call option gives you the 'right' but not the 'obligation' to buy the shares, up until the expiry date....If, hypothetically, something really terrible happened and the share price crashed, you would be better to 'not exercise' your options and instead, use the money to buy the shares at a price that's even lower than the option exercise price.
