Options and 10¢ target

With the bonus options it will be 25% premium to the 5 day trading VWAP share price prior to 30 June 2018 (rounded to the nearest cent), whichever the greater, and be exercisable at any time up until 30 June 2020.
So the VWAP will be taken between the 25th to 29th June 2018.

If the VWAP is 10.3 cents, then the strike price will be 13 (10.3 + 25% = 12.8¢ rounded to nearest cent will make it 13¢
If the VWAP is 15, then the strike price would be 19 and so on, all prices will be rounded to the nearest cent.

Interesting and a very good day today up 9.52% or 8 pips as there were some big parcels being bought and quite quickly too. Considering when KRC came out of a trading halt 4th June the SP went from an open of 9.5¢ to close at 8.5¢ on good gold news but as I mentioned to @mauler96  if you look at the drill result announcements from November 2017 and the effect it had on the SP you would see a about 5 pip movement, so I didn't expect too much.

The SP from 7th March 2018 close 5.8¢ to 21st March 2018 close 16.5¢ a rise of 10.7¢ in 10 business days or 1.7¢ increase per day on average. KRC only had a few announcements in that time frame but mainly the SP rose due to news on vanadium and today proved KRC can do it again.
As I have already mentioned we will have an update on vanadium and update of the CS/SS very soon which I am confident will boost the SP strongly. Today's announcement in regards to Mt Remarkable and "Samples have been delivered to the laboratory and assays are pending." will all help keep the momentum increasing for the SP.
Post #33237779 I mentioned the resistance at 9.3¢ it was close today but not prize, if the SP can carry on tomorrow like it did today then 9.5¢, 9.7¢ then 10¢ resistance will be achievable and broken out of well before the option deadline.
