I am happy this thread has opened.
Even though the question of consolidation has been both bought up in the past and over different threads its good to remind the community that the BOD has again settled the question in which their opinion has not changed nor has their reasoning.
The BOD will be waiting until the company is producing cash before the consideration of consolidation !!!
So please feel settled that the company will only consider consolidation after the company is cash producing !!!
