i agree don't think 12c is reasonable and perhaps 40-50c would have been my happy figure given the 4 year time frame and the potential being so great for a massive re-rate on a major signing... if they do deliver then i couldn't care less.. time will tell... but the quantities are really not that big imo..

lets face it .. its the real world this is what happens and if we wanted MB on board .. so be it... give him what he needs to secure him as hes and asset no doubt.. and really in the scheme of things its not a lot of shares.. could be swallowed up in one good days trading when/if they converted and offloaded.,.. unlike our friend Mr Happy Henderson's massive amount that did some serious damage to the sp..

PS if you want the best man/woman for the job you must open your wallet and empty your pockets.. otherwise if you pay peanuts you will get peanuts simple....
