I dont post often, as i rarely have anything useful to add, i doubt here is any exception, but i do appreciate all who put in far more effort than me. Thanks I read it all.�
I think this reads as a positive for option holders. A positive in general. Upon first reading I was a bit worried, but after having another read, I like it. It is written with careful and clever wording, and guarantees nothing. It is also open to interpretation. I interpret as good.�

I read, still reasonable chance of jv deal in time but will look at a new class of option for shareholders and option holders if not done in time. Makes sense to me.�

Now the ( if any) part I believe relates to not making an offer if a deal is done, or price is up rather than to not make �an offer at all. I guess it is how you interpret it.�

It is a lot of trouble to go to if you had no intention of offering something. Why bother. Just say they are dead in the water and tough. Why have the section titled potential offer by company at all. They only said they would give an update on the options. The update could have been tough luck.�

Now I can also understand it might feel like they are just stringing you along, but why would they bother, it is of no benefit to them to do so.

I recon they have done alright with this announcement. I think they recon they will get a deal in time but if not they have a backup plan.�They are cutting it fine with timelines, but it is just the way it is.
Any panic selling tomorrow and I might grab a few more.
Who knows deal could happen in time. Might not. Backup offer might be crap, but I just think it will happen and be reasonable if it is necessary.�I don't think it will be just an extension.
