NTA to $3.40 in 12 months? Talk about dreaming.
For that to happen they have to knock it out of the park and big time, delivering like a 40% portfolio performance.
Is it possible? Yes.
Have they done it historically? No.
Is it probable? Open question, I'll leave that up to you to decide.
