Wow, just noticed these things........ in the short term (before the next ex date), why wouldn't you just want to be long the options? Sell the headstock @ 268, buy the options @ 11c and lock in 3 c? plus you have less downside risk till October. When it gets close to the ex date, either exercise or reverse the trade ie sell the options buy back the headstock.
