Hello Beaconers. I have a question...
I was just told that if you have been given free options through the Capital Raising that you only pay at the exercise price and that you don’t factor in the current stock price so your mean average doesn’t get affected.
So does that mean on 100,000 oppies I pay
100,000 x .025 = $2500. So if the stock price at the time is say 6 cents, do those shares convert to ordinary ones at .025 or do I have to factor in that those shares will have an average of 6 cents?
