    The 2.4mil on offer for CQTO looks awfully capitalist....i mean capitalised.....i mean capped!!!

    Why would you sit with that much on offer, knowing that you would not be able to sell and that you would clearly drive the price down?? You wouldn't unless you wanted to accumulate.
