I reckon that gap will be maintained, it's like the cost of cash.
First holders must have that liquidity available to convert or will have to sell,
like silver - a limited supply of cashed-up x3 buyers
(look what happened to the price of silver once the contract buyers
were required to have double the cash backing required previously)
and the element of risk while your conversion is being processed
you have locked that money in.
So the market is pricing that in as about 2c.
