Nope Juk, birdbeak and others, as a large option holder can state that my accountant informed me that when you convert oppies to FPO, you start again in the Capital Gains tax scenario, gotta wait another 12 months to get your 50% discount. Now some professional people have other ideas on that, but Pirra will go with my accountants advise.

Also, its OK to hold until 30/06/2008 if it suits, ie a long term holder, BUT you do not qualify for rights etc etc in your options, bugger, as there will be some reasonably good offerings, rights, and possibly some more oppies, etc to existing FPO holders in the near term future.

At the end of the day, it is your investment, and you, the holder, must make the decisions. Bring on the Pilot Plant 2008, BFS and PRODUCTION asap.
