You can't blame him, the company's communication and ability to put into print what it is offering in products has a lot to be desired, so much so that I have seen hundreds of posts in the past weeks trying to decipher what the ELF means in terms of individual circumstances.
It's very simple to put up a few case studies much sooner than a week before the thing is due to put everyone's mind at ease, however, the company unable to foresee this obvious outcome, despite being apparent to even the most casual observer, has failed yet again.
Better increase those salaries by another hundred grand.
