forget paying the 25c later, just sell the options when they're 1.75 etc vs the hads at 2.00
Look at them as two seperate vehicles.
But note this, you get CGTR on the heads 12m from when you buy, not sure about the options.
If you want CGTR for your early option entry, my understanding is that you need to convert them, and then wait 12m from the conversion date, and can then claim the total cost of opt + exercise agaisnt your sell of heads.
