The catch is that this must be exceptionally pure, nuclear grade graphite. To be characterised as nuclear grade, the
graphite needs to have an equivalent boron grade of less than 5ppm and less than 2 ppm is preferable. Whilst this
suggests that much of this material will be synthetic graphite, there are at least three graphite companies with the
potential to produce nuclear grade material after chemical processing. This material sells for in excess of US$10,000/t.

have not found it in any other report back last 2 years. Note they say after chemical processing. Now when you consider MNS achieves 99.99% pure graphite just through flotation without chemical purification, one could assume that is why Rosatom is interested. bearing in mind, 5ppm = .0005% so assuming with chemical purification may be where and how they achieve the required result??
