Don't think conversions 'facilitate' sp increase. Persistent selling of heads to fund oppie conversion can suppress sp short term as per Mar/Apr on chart. So ideally, large option conversions need periods of high liquidity & high sp for max profit. For example, the exuberance of early June 2016 allowed conversion of 25M+ options near peak ratio of 10:1

Useful to keep in mind for next 4 months... end game is drawing closer for substantial holders of original 1c options...
