I understand that Jack,the reason I mentioned Predator is that more or less it means someone taking advantage of anothers weakness for their own benefit(please don't go the dictionary,I am sure you know what I mean). Prima is undeniably vulnerable at the moment given its market cap.
Immuneotherapy is the flavour of the month in America at the moment,I agree with what what Rob said,a mutual agreement between big pharma and Prima would be great,unfortunately at this stage if talks occur Prima will be negotiating from a position of weakness not strength.( all hypothetical offcourse)
