royter1, this is how I see it.
PRR is STILL a speculative stock therefore NOTHING IS GUARANTEED.
However, there is very good reason for optimism as much has been achieved to-date. This does not mean that failure is out of the question. Since that is the case, I would prefer to be losing 2 cents per share rather than 5 or 6 or 7 cents per share.
IF on the other hand they end up being successful, which I believe there is a very good chance that they will, the payment of the extra 20 cents will be neither here nor there - in my opinion.
Another thing that I believe may be happening is that some share holders have been selling to jump into the options for the reason I outlined above.
