options entitlement take up, page-5

my thoughts and concerns..just to clarify I have $48 grand worth of shares at average 24cents....it doesn't matter if I lose the lot and am extremely happy to hold and wait the outcome of tests etc.
What I am concerned about is the low share price at the moment and a predator taking advantage of this.
I would imagine given Prima's profile all the major pharmas would be aware of what it is up to,thus I would imagine they are aware of the Chairman just recently spending $1m on shares in the company to add to what she already owns.
If I ran a major company looking to take advantage of another companies weaknesses,this is the sort of thing that would really make me sit up and take notice,it would get me interested in the first place and if I was already interested it would make me very interested....Prima is a cheap buy,thats what concerns me.
