It would appear that the ongoing exploration (and remember there has been Very little done on the Kimbo front during this period) will account for that amount, now add in a quite considerable cost for actual mining and where are you at?
Remember in all this time since May 14 (13 months ago) LOM have only sold 3.69m worth(Gross) and the Net proceeds have apparently gone into the JV account, but still LOM have had to fork out $14.035 million to keep this running.
I think a drastic increase in returns is required to make this even worth looking at.
