Remember in all this time since May 14 (13 months ago) LOM have only sold 3.69m worth(Gross) and the Net proceeds have apparently gone into the JV account, but still LOM have had to fork out $14.035 million to keep this running.

I think a drastic increase in returns is required to make this even worth looking at.

Then a drastic increase in returns it is then. This is what the company are predicting and according to last release, are in front of their target through rates.
