It's also quite hard to keep the same amount of options and convert them to shares with such a small amount of shares to start with.
There's always the chance to sell 10-15% of your holding on positive news and look to accumulate more on the pull back and creep up that way but of course there is the potential it doesn't pull back.
Then you'd have to look for a new investment which isn't a bad thing.
