Hey Mate, They are probably getting smashed at the moment, If you follow the instructions on their website you won't have any issues. I just filled out the form, transferred the money ( they use Westpac ) and put on it my name etc, printed the receipt, emailed both to them on a Wednesday night and had an email back Friday morning and my Heads ready to trade by Friday lunch time.
I do sympathies with your situation but have you tried to look at selling all your heads and buying equivalent oppies gaining yourself at least .5c? Not a huge amount but a few hundred bucks which sounds like it may help.
